“I love this gym, the environment, team mates, coaching, and the venue. I first joined abit apprehensive about being able to do it, but the coaches and team mates made it so easy to join in, scaling it down to meet my needs and wants and ensured I had fun. Since then I have never looked back. I love the environment on how friendly everyone is, I love how I am able to push myself to
do things I’ve never thought I’d be able to do, to constantly learn new things, and come

"I love being part of CrossFit Saddleworth. The gym is a very friendly and welcoming place to train where everyone is so encouraging towards each other and you feel like you’re part of a team but with your own individual goals. The coaches are all really supportive and knowledgeable and will tailor workouts for each individual - making it suitable for all abilities. I’m challenged to push myself and there is always something new to learn or improve on, so it never gets boring. I’d recommend CrossFit Saddleworth to anyone. There really is no better place to train and push yourself to reach your goals"

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Saddleworth now for around 6 years and I can honestly say there’s no better place to train. As someone who has spent the majority of my life playing team sports, I found it really hard to motivate myself  to workout. The members community at CrossFit Saddleworth is absolutely fantastic and is part of the reason I have been there so long. 

Being able to train day in day out with people from all different backgrounds is unrivalled and helps me maintain my competitive nature. Regardless of age and ability, CrossFit Saddleworth caters for everyone. From group fundamental classes, individual training, weightlifting, running and general strength and conditioning, all session are run by the friendly in-house coaching staff who are experts in their field. 

I would highly recommend CrossFit Saddleworth to anyone who wants to push themselves with new challenges and train with a community of likeminded people who are all driving to achieve the same goal. Age and ability mean nothing with the right mindset and when you have a team like CrossFit Saddleworth behind you, you can achieve anything

"Since starting CrossFit 5 years ago I have always felt like this is the best way to train and workout! 

The community spirit created within the gym has kept me for all the years as well as the programming and excellent coaching. 

The facilities at CrossFit Saddleworth are second to non -  a personal favourite is the outside rig/ training area that are utilised during the summer months 

I love being able to come into the gym and leave feeling like I have pushed myself every session!"

"I've been training at CrossFit Saddleworth since 2019 and have always found the atmosphere and community to be positive, helpful and fun.
The programming and sets have always been extremely well planned, allowing me to train and progress my skills, working on different areas every time.
The atmosphere continuously allows me to improve and push my self. 
The coaches are approachable and knowledgeable, which has enabled me to learn correct form and attain my training goals.
There is a wide variety of well maintained equipment to use during open gym as well as programmed sessions during the day.
 
CrossFit Saddleworth has definitely enabled me to  progress in my own abilities and confidence"

"I turned up for my first CrossFit session at the age of 39, not knowing what to expect, looking for a bit of keep fit despite having no previous strength or cardio fitness training. 

What I found soon became the best hour of my day and since joining CrossFit saddleworth in January 2020, I have not only got stronger and fitter but I feel part of a team.  

Each class is like a social, everyone encouraging and supporting each other and no matter how tired I am I always walk out brighter, happier and with a sense of achievement. 

Each session can be tailored to suit all abilities and no two classes are ever the same. Don’t think "it’s not for me" or "I’m too old or too young" or not fit enough. Come along and give it a try it could soon be the best hour of your day aswell.

I’m shocked at how much I’ve change both mentally and physically since joining CrossFit Saddleworth. At first I had a poor attitude towards going to the gym until a friend persuaded me to come and try a class and since then I’ve never looked back! CrossFit put things into a whole new perspective for me, it made me realise that training can be fun and not just a chore, especially when you’re surrounded by a bunch of friendly, encouraging and like minded people who all strive to see you succeed! Even during the pandemic, the online zoom calls and the ongoing encouragement from coaches and teammates kept us all on top! After leaving home for uni I tried to keep up my training on my own but it’s just wasn’t the same, the vibes you get after a good set with the team are second to none, and I love that I can get that every time I go, the atmosphere really cannot be recreated anywhere else! I now look forward to coming home just so I can squeeze a couple sessions in before I have to leave again, but I keep coming back and I always will! It really is the best and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Since starting CrossFit just over 3 years ago, I can honestly say that deciding to join CrossFit Saddleworth has been the best decision I’ve made for my health & fitness. I’d been interested in trying CrossFit for ages before finally joining, always thinking I wouldn’t be fit or strong enough - my advice to anyone is to just give it a go!

CrossFit Saddleworth, through the excellent coaches, programming and equipment we have access to has made me fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been and I’ve been able to achieve more than I ever thought I could when I first started.
I love training now and look forward to it every evening after work. CrossFit Saddleworth has given me a regular, structured routine but where the training within that is constantly varied so as to always keep it interesting.

The atmosphere created by the coaches and team mates is a big reason for why I enjoy training so much. It’s a real close knit, supportive and welcoming community where everyone is always cheered on to push themselves and achieve more than they could if they were training alone.

I’d highly recommend it to everyone.
