Suitable to all abilities, our CrossFit classes follow a periodised plan from a range of training disciplines including Weightlifting; Power Lifting; Gymnastics; Conditioning and more. 

Coach led - every session can be scaled to suit all abilities. There is something here for everyone no matter what your experience or current fitness level. 

Lock32 S&C

Our weightlifting classes are programmed around the Olympic lifting movements of The Snatch & Clean & Jerk. 

During these classes you will spend more time focusing on movement standards; breaking down each lift; understanding the positions and working on strength elements to help improve your all round technique. 

Open Gym 

Our gymnastic classes are based around the every day gymnastic/bodyweight movements you will see in a CrossFit class. From push-ups, handstand push-up to pull-ups and the more highly skilled movements of handstand walks and muscle-ups.

The session is designed for all levels. Breaking down the positions, working on strength and basic positions, before then building up to the full movement.
