Suitable to all abilities, our CrossFit classes follow a periodised plan from a range of training disciplines including Weightlifting; Power Lifting; Gymnastics; Conditioning and more. 

Coach led - every session can be scaled to suit all abilities. There is something here for everyone no matter what your experience or current fitness level. 

Lock32 S&C

Our weightlifting classes are programmed around the Olympic lifting movements of The Snatch & Clean & Jerk. 

During these classes you will spend more time focusing on movement standards; breaking down each lift; understanding the positions and working on strength elements to help improve your all round technique. 

Open Gym 

Our gymnastic classes are based around the every day gymnastic/bodyweight movements you will see in a CrossFit class. From push-ups, handstand push-up to pull-ups and the more highly skilled movements of handstand walks and muscle-ups.

The session is designed for all levels. Breaking down the positions, working on strength and basic positions, before then building up to the full movement. 

Personal Training

Bodyweight strength & skill

Lock32 S&C Program

This is a second program we offer along side our CrossFit training. Based around a conditioning class or something more similar to a 'HIIT class' or 'circuit training' - we offer this program as 2 fold. 

One - for those who just want to get in, sweat and get out. 

And two - as a stepping stone for those who want to build a base of fitness before then progressing onto the CrossFit classes.

Open Gym 

With the ample space we have both indoors and out, we are able to offer our members full time access to open gym times throughout the day, 7 days a week. 

This can be used at times when work doesn't allow you to attend a class time. You can use it as an option to catch up on a session or to practice and brush upon some new skills. Or it's even there if you fancy doing something different one day.

The classes take priority with the floor space, but there is always the option for open gym if it's ever needed. 

One-to-one Personalised Training 

Along side our monthly membership and class timetable, we also have coaches available for 1-2-1 Personal Training. 

If you are waning a more focused, individualised approach - whether that be for a specific goal in mind - wedding, weight loss, muscle gain etc etc. 

Or whether it be a performance based approach - olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, mobility or conditioning. 

We have the coaches available to

cover your needs.
