WEIGHTLIFTING – Movements included in these will compromise from Olympic and power lifting. Movements such as the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Deadlifts and Press movements. With higher motor unit recruitment in each of these compound movements, each offer greater benefits in comparison to your conventional single muscle movements mostly seen in your busy commercial gyms. 


GYMNASTICS – Movements that promote control and use of your bodies natural ability. Learning to control your body in a hollow and arch position will translate and improve to not just every movement in CrossFit but also every-day tasks. 

CONDITIONING - You won't find rows of bikes and treadmills like in any commercial gym you walk in. Instead we embrace the way we can move, we jump up and down, we move from side to side, we run outdoors.

FUNCTIONAL – Every day tasks such as picking an item up off the floor, reaching for the top shelf, pushing and pulling will all be imitated in every CrossFit movement. Becoming CrossFit makes you life fit and will prepare for every task possible in your day-to-day living.  

CONSTANTLY VARIED – for the unknown, and unknowable. Every day you will feel the excitement and sometimes nervousness of "what's coming today". That feeling of being in the gym and doing the same old boring routine are longer. You'll be challenge, you will learn and you'll grow with every workout 

HIGH INTENSITY – This doesn't mean running around like crazy with coaches shouting and screaming at you. Intensity is the act of creating power (how much weight you can move over the longest distance in the shortest amount of time) The goal with intensity is to create people who can run farther, move more weight, do more push ups and improve broad domain capacity.
